Cladius Fernando has spent two decades building software and the engineers who build it, working as a developer, cloud architect, product manager, API architect, and in recent years an AI architect. He spent 3 years in Persistent’s R&D division working on solving real world customer problems by harnessing the raw power of LLMs. Then he moved into upskilling the entire org of 29k employees by taking up the role of Global AI Academy Head. He is fully Claude Certified and holds numerous other certifications across AWS, GCP, Azure, and Terraform. He is the author of two books – Excellence and Agentic AI Demystified. The latter has been on the Amazon Bestseller List several times. He has been invited to share his expertise at Nasscom, AWS Community Day and AWS partner events. He has judged several hackathons and serves on the Academic Council of MIT AOE. Today he runs AI-rambh, delivering hands-on AI training in order to help organizations leverage AI, and is also the Field CTO at Hazel AI.
